When your therapist is a trained Telemental Health Counselor, online confidentiality has been thought through. The platform used for sessions complies with the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act - because keeping your information private is important.

HOW WOULD IT LOOK LIKE?
After your free 30-minute consultation, we’ll schedule the first distance counseling session through a secure platform. You’ll receive important forms that you’ll fill out at home before your first session starts.
Prior to your first session, we’ll have a “check in” for a few minutes to make sure all systems are go. On the scheduled date and time, our session goes ahead. That’s it. No traveling. No gas expense. No mass transit. Just you and me on a secure platform, working on your goals.
